Mindfulness is about slowing down, becoming present, and... play!?
In the Mindfulness & Fun camp, campers will learn mindfulness practices like emotional awareness and nature connection, as well as tap into the pure presence and joy of camp fun.
We will make nature art, learn how to identify and express our feelings through engaged activities, practice healthy modes of communication, play in a safe space, and more!

Inside Out Camp @ Folly Farm
July 6th - July 10th
9am-12:30pm
Campers will learn all about emotions this week.
They will learn to notice their emotions, express them through healthy practices like art, regulate their emotions, and identify/clearly state their needs.
Each day will consist of both learning opportunities and classic camp fun!
